32mm Flat Glazing Packers

32mm Flat Glazing Packers are made for glazing installations where extra width helps improve support, seating and alignment. Their wider 32mm profile provides a broader contact area beneath the sealed unit, making them useful for larger rebates, heavier glass units and frames where a narrow packer may not give enough bearing surface.

Each packer measures 32mm × 100mm and is designed to help spread load evenly inside the frame. This helps reduce movement, vibration and unwanted pressure on glass edges, gaskets and frame components.

Manufactured from rigid polypropylene, these packers maintain their thickness under load and are suitable for both internal and external work. They are moisture-resistant, rot-proof and designed for long-term use in professional glazing installations.

Choosing the right thickness:

5mm – Used for larger gaps, heavier units or stronger base support.

6mm – The thickest option in this range, suitable for deeper spacing and larger correction work.

Installer note:

A wider packer can help spread contact more evenly, but the correct thickness still matters. Use the smallest thickness that gives a level, secure fit, and position packers carefully to avoid point loading around the glass unit.
