Returns

We accept returns only for items that are unused, unopened, and still sealed in their original packaging.
For hygiene, safety, and quality control purposes, weโ€™re unable to take back any products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging.

If you need to arrange a return, please contact us in advance at support@plasticpackers.co.uk, including your order information so we can assist you.

Refunds

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has arrived and been checked, and the items are confirmed to be in resellable condition, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds will be sent to the original payment method and should appear within 14 days of the returned items being received.
